About me

An innovative fitness professional, Sarah utilizes the knowledge of anatomy and movement to inspire the minds and bodies of people worldwide. Sarah discovered the timeless practice of Pilates in a mat class that ignited the passion and a curiosity for the method, and for the past 15 years has dedicated herself to the practice and teaching of Pilates. She believes that Pilates makes everything else in your life better, and is enthusiastically committed to the mind-body-spirit connection offered by Pilates. Sarah's classes focus on the form and function of how the exercises relates to the daily lifestyle of each individual. She is fascinated with how our muscles will compensate to allow movement, and loves the challenge of correcting imbalances so the body works more efficiently.


A former professional Tahitian dancer, Fitness and Wellness Expert, dog trainer, and Pilates Instructor who teaches in Los Angeles and New York City, Sarah delivers carefully crafted workout regimes to her diverse clientele, ranging from geriatrics, to post-operative patients, to active athletes. She also specializes in pre- and post-natal classes to encourage women to understand their bodies during the transformation of pregnancy and beyond. Her continued enthusiasm and committed to the Mind, Body, and Spirit connection in Pilates.

Currently, Sarah has added Gottfried Hormone Balance Therapy to her practice, and is on the path to becoming an Ayurveda Specialist and Melt Method Instructor. She currently resides in Los Angeles, and when she isn't training her dedicated clientele, she loves to travel, exercise, dine, and walks with her dog, Driscoll.
