DR. K. V. NARASIMHA RAJU, born in Vishakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), brought up in Hyderabad (Telangana), has done B.A.M.S. and specialized as M.D. in 'Kayachikitsa' from Dr. B.R.K.R.Govt. Ay. College, Hyderabad. He holds Ph.D. in panchakarma' from the National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, Rajasthan, done under the guidance of Prof. Radhey Shyam Sharma, Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor of Dr. S. R. Rajasthan Ayurved Univesity, Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
He accomplished Distinction in M.S. (Master of Science - Counseling & Psychotherapy) from the Institute of Psychotherapy and Management Sciences (IPMS), Mumbai, Maharashtra, which is one of the important areas of his Interest.
His inclination towards Research in Ayurveda is well appreciated through his work as Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) for an 'Extra-Mural Project on Pre-Diabetes'undertaken between National Institute of Ayurveda & Hindustan Lever Limited and through a Certified Course on health Research Fundamentals, from National Institute of Epidemiology (NIE) & Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR).
Dr. K.V.N. Raju presented many Scientific Papers in National and International Seminars, as an Invited Speaker, Resource Person, Lead Speaker and also Co-Chaired Scientific Sessions in Seminars.
As an Ayurvedic Expert, he has delivered many Talks on different Health care modalities and Different Diseases through Ayurveda on TV Shows and also given interviews for Health Columns in News Papers.
Adding to his credentials are over 75 Published Articles which include Scientific, Peer-Reviewed, National, Open Access International, and many Health Magazines. He also Co-Authored 2 Ayurvedic Books - 'Essentials of Panchakarma' and 'Role of Pracchana and Jalaukavacharana as Anusastra in Vicharchika (Eczema)'. His core clinical experiences include his services as Chief Consultant in different Panchakarma clinics in Hyderabad, that of Arya Vaidya Sala- Kottakkal, Vaidyaratnam, Santhigiri of Kerala and as Senior Consultant in Kerala Ayurveda Clinic (Kerala Ayurveda Limited) in Jaipur, Rajasthan. He is also an active participant of many Scientific Seminars, CME & ROTPs and Ayurvedic Medical Camps. Currently, he is holding the post of Associate Professor, Dept. of Kayachikitsa, M.J.F.Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Chomu, Jaipur.
