About me
Emily Dawson, RHN
My name is Emily and I am a Toronto-based Holistic Nutritionist who works with clients to improve gut health and find balance with food and their bodies.

As a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN), I am passionate about the relationship between food and wellness. I struggled with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) for many years and was able to cure it with whole foods and proper nutrition, thus seeing the power of food first-hand.
Within my practice, I work with clients 1:1 to identify the root cause of their health concerns so we can address and improve all areas of wellness, including nutrition, lifestyle and mindset.
I also help my clients develop healthy, sustainable relationships with food and I stand against diet culture. I focus on adding healthy things into the diet as opposed to taking things away.

Throughout my own wellness journey I have spent a lot of time in the Kitchen, developing a true passion for cooking and recipe development. I love exploring new flavours and incorporating them into my diet in a fun and healthy way. As such, my recipes have become an integral part of my Nutrition programs, and I help my clients move away from food fear towards a healthy, balanced lifestyle filled with whole, nutritious foods.
I strive for balance in every aspect of life, and I am not a one-size-fits-all kind of gal. We are all so different!
