About me
My name is Corrine Lewis, and I am a highly skilled Functional Medicine Practitioner specializing in Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle Coaching. I have successfully provided my services to patients suffering from Cardio-Metabolic Disease Autoimmune Disorders, Alzheimer’s, Cancer, Obesity, Candida Overgrowth, and food sensitivities. I am passionate about helping people uncover the root cause of their symptoms, as well as supporting them through their health journey to living their best life.
With five years of Functional Medicine Training alongside a Functional-Integrative Medicine/ER Doctor, and beyond 10 years experience as a Nutrition - Health Coach, I provide lifestyle resources, advanced nutrition, and health education to help patients adopt behavior modifications required for preventing and reversing disease risks.
I am originally from Southern California and now reside in Lake Norman in North Carolina. I am married, have two sons and a family dog named Stella. I am passionate about providing health education and simple lifestyle changes so my clients can live the healthy lives their bodies were designed for.

I offer onsite or remote health-lifestyle consultations, weight loss programs, 21 Days to Wellness programs, health education classes, and corporate wellness. My experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. I excel at providing nutrition resources/substitutions helpful in navigating food eliminations. I am capable of educating clients on why they are making necessary changes to improve their health and reverse disease risks. I provide strong support and encouragement to my clients as I walk alongside their health journey.
