In August of 2020, I completed my Dietetic Internship with Sodexo Dietetic Internships after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods from the University of Houston in May 2019.
From June 2010 to August 2017 I worked for Sun Coast Resources, Inc. During my time with Sun Coast I assisted with numerous development projects to ensure a smooth transition in software upgrades. I worked closely with the Corporate Secretary, the Director of Financial Administration, the Director of Tax, the Legal Director, and the Inventory Control Managers on various projects including researching and reconciling general ledger accounts, charting productivity and supplying necessary documentation for audits.
In the fall of 2015, I completed an internship with Care360 Nutrition. During the internship, I wrote several nutrition articles approved by Registered Dietitians and geared toward their clients.
I received a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Houston in December 2014.
Prior to 2010, I gained experience in retail and customer service through work at Petsmart, the Wyndham Greenspoint Hotel (now the Hilton Greenspoint), and Forever 21.
