It was designed by continuous observation experimentation and expertise.

Ayurveda is not a one-size-fits-all system. Not only will he tell you what you ought to eat, but he will also even cook a perfect meal for you! This thorough certificate course aims to discuss Ayurveda diet basics for equilibrium and direction of different body types for healthier living. Participants will learn a multidimensional approach to handle diet and lifestyle in the physical, psychological, emotional, and cognitive levels. Food & lifestyle is a significant part of Ayurveda; it isn't just seen as nourishing the human body but also the mind, wisdom, and internal equilibrium.

"Take Your Diet & Lifestyle habits to a much HIGHER LEVEL by understanding your Ayurvedic Basics."

Ayurveda: Food as Medicine

Ayurveda believes food as medicine, and it will help to understand how and what to eat based on all our Doshas ( Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). It can help to build immunity and take out toxins from our bodies to restore optimal health.

Ayurveda believes our five senses and everything consumed is considered food, e.g., Mouth (food, water), Nose (Breath), Ear (Chanting, sweet music), Skin (Sunlight), Eyes (Nature). If we have the ability to balance the five senses, then we may have a long healthy life. Having the ideal food in proper proportions is crucial to keep our body balance.
