About me
I am Pramod Kumar from Kerala, India. By profession I am a yoga teacher and ayurveda therapist. I did TTC&ATTC course in yoga from Sivananda Ashram,Kerala and worked there for 3 years. I also learned Kalari(martial art)and it's treatment from different teachers. I worked as therapist in different ayurveda hospitals in my land. I worked as a yoga master and aqua therapist in Cocoa island (a 5 star rated resort) Maldives for 9 years and in umaparo,Bhutan. I'm working as a freelancer in my home land for many years.
