I have been a registered nurse for over 40 years. Several decades ago, I realized that conventional healthcare was very limiting. I realized that natural health care has much to offer , is safer, and corrects imbalances which lead to illness. I became a Registered Herbalist and obtained my PhD in Natural health because no one health system has all of the "answers" As a natural care practitioner I choose the most effective modalities from a wide array of traditions. I partner with clients and help empower them to become well and take charge of their own health.
