Highlights

Wellness is a homeostatic state of physical, emotional, mental and intellectual sheaths which manifests the hidden potential of human beings. Practice of Yoga + Naturopathy + Diet modification can help reduce the stress.

We human beings are a part and parcel of Mother Nature like other species. We react to environmental fluctuations and seasonal fluctuations both emotionally & physically as with different species. Our nutrition & diet also will need to tackle these changes, whereby we can maintain the wellness of our Pancha Koshas, specifically Annamaya (Physical being), Pranamaya (breath), Manomaya (psychological & psychological being), Vijnanamaya (intellectual being) resulting in Anandamaya (bliss).

Our wellness approach gives importance to organically grown grains, fruits & vegetables that are enriched with all of the natural components. This preserves a mutual balance between the environment & individuals.

Wellness nutrition & diet also addresses subtle factors such as individual preferences (which in itself could have an impact on the mental satisfaction of eating meals ), calories (required to each person based on each person's action ), part of the world they are residing in (if it's tropical or temperate ) and eating customs.

Wellness nutrition & diet takes into consideration all these factors to be able to achieve optimum health of the Annamaya kosha (physical body), Pranamaya kosha (the breath), Manomaya kosha (the brain ) and Vijnanamaya kosha (the intelligence ).
