I have been Patient-focused caregiver for many years with professional development in a range of inpatient and outpatient care settings, including numerous clinics and hospitals in United States, performing procedures with confidence and quality decision-making in high-pressure situations. However during all my time I observed that doctors would overwhelm the patients with information making it too difficult to focus on essentials they would often share, "I've already got these 7 medicines you want me to take at different times with different instructions. Now you want me to focus on my diet too?- Here comes my part when I elaborate and talk to patient designing a diet, exercise according to his or her needs and helping getting a permanent healthy lifestyle rather than a quick fix.
