Mr. Vinayak Kaurwar E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP® He lives and teaches Yoga in New York city and Rishikesh. He is the coauthor of “Subway Mantras” as well as He is doing research on the anti-aging concepts described in ancient texts of Yoga.

Mr. Vinayak, Founder of this school has taught Yoga and its philosophy in New York city for over 20 years and has helped countless cancer patients to lead a good quality of life. He has returned to the Himalayas to conduct research on the superhuman abilities described in the Yoga Sutras.

Yoga Alliance (US) CREDENTIALS

Vinayak Scientific School of Yoga is a member of Yoga Alliance USA RYS 200. We provide training to yoga teachers, enabling them to teach with safety and competence. To register with YAUS and use the title and Registry Mark of Registered Yoga School (RYS®), yoga schools must submit their training syllabus for review and agree to maintain a curriculum that meets Yoga Alliance Standards.

All our Trainers are, RYT 500, E-RYT 200 and RYT 200 registered through the Yoga Alliance Organization.

What is Anti-aging Yoga?

In simple terms, Anti-Aging Yoga is management of your vital energy. In our fast paced lifestyle, energy is drained at an alarming rate. There is stress, anxiety and chronic fatigue that is felt by most of us.  

Energy is vital to human beings' ability to do things. If you have enough energy, you can win any race in life. You need energy for everything, you need energy to think clearly, you need energy to maintain a healthy immune system, you need energy to go to work, you need energy to keep order in house and this list can go on and on. We waste tremendous amounts of energy through mental arguments, worry, anxiety and fear without even realizing it.

We teach Yoga based on the classic texts of Yoga in a clear, easy to understand, step by step instructions, using the analogy of computer science, Anatomy and Physiology, Psychology, Metaphysics, Mathematics (Samkhya), Biology, Chemistry, Electricity and Quantum Physics when possible so you can use this knowledge in your everyday life to conserve your life force (Lack of energy is the cause of all failures and disease) and use it to accomplish your goals.

The Male vitality lifestyle module works by improving and fine-tuning various aspects of your lifestyle, for example, there is always room for improvement in all areas of your life, to name a few, you can always take measures to improve your sleep, once the sleep is improved the testosterone levels increase, improve your digestion, once the digestion is improved your cells, organs function correctly and your mitochondria produce more energy (Adenosine Triphosphate) for you.

Detoxification- waste elimination, once the waste elimination is improved, the toxicity load from your immune system is reduced, which means your immune system has more time and energy to fight infections. You can improve your blood circulation and benefit from it. You can improve your thinking through Meditation (Training your mind to think thoughts that contribute to your health, happiness, and progress), you can take measures to minimize stress in your life or at least you can learn to process it differently, you can always increase your strength, flexibility and balance through the Yoga Postures, you can calm your nerves by Pranayama (Yogic breathing).

We will identify your Body-Mind-Spirit constitution and teach you to create harmony between you and your external and internal environment to minimize the friction and increase your vital energy that is desperately needed by your immune system to fight the infections, regenerate your cells and organs. Example of internal friction: If you are a gentle, loving and caring person, you should be in the healing or teaching profession, that will be natural for you to heal and care for your clients, healing and caring will cause your energy to flow freely, but if you're working as an interrogation officer or a construction worker, your energy will become stagnant, and it can be detrimental for your health. 

Your Body, Mind, and Spirit Constitution:

Once your body-mind-spirit constitution is established, we will create a customized regime for promoting harmony between you and your environment. 

Appropriate your external and internal environment! Conserve your precious vital energy. The vital energy is a combination of physical energy, mental energy, and spiritual energy.  

Body constitution: There are three body types Kapha type (Earth and Water Bulky), Pitta slender (Fire and Water Medium body) Vata ( Air and Space Skinny body) Once we know your Body type, we will learn how certain foods benefit you or harm you so you can avoid foods that are not agreeable with your body constitution. When you exhaust your physical energy, you feel tired and can not do physical work.

Mind constitution: Stable-Cool- Calm- The Earth and Water-type, Forceful- Sharp and Angry- Fire and Water-type, Creative, unstable, and indecisive the Air and Space type. When the mental energy is depleted, it's hard to focus the mind.

Spirit constitution: This comprises our natural tendencies towards art, science, commerce, etc. When spiritual energy is depleted by being in the wrong environment, you act against your own nature and deplete spiritual energy and begin to attract misfortune, poverty, sickness, and unhappiness, etc.


The purpose of Male vitality or the Anti-Aging lifestyle regime consultation is to make you understand your natural tendencies, strengths, and weaknesses for your benefit and to inform you how to avoid the pitfalls by appropriating your lifestyle, including food, sleep, work habits, and the like. This course works equally well for female vitality, because it is not about male or female it's about "VITALITY".
