About me

Sarah began her career in Health and Wellness in 2004. A graduate of
Boulder College of Massage Therapy, she excelled in Sports Massage, and Normalization of Soft Tissue (NST). While completing her BA at CU Boulder, Sarah's massage practice grew to include many of the area's athletes,

providing her extensive training in sports related injuries,
pain-management as well as pre & post-op rehabilitation.
Her practice included amaeture, novice, weekend-warrior and

professional athletes ranging in age from 15-70.

Recognizing the correlation of muscle strength and function and its aid to performance and injury prevention, Sarah became certified and integrated Strength and Conditioning into her practice. In 2013 an opportunity arose for Sarah at the University of Oklahoma as a strength and conditioning coach, where she trained Division I athletes and completed her Masters in Higher Education.

Sarah's passion lies in the ability to help others train and acheive thier

goals for health, wellness & performance. By assembling a team of experts,

her vision is to eliminate the guess work for athletes who are committed to training, and provide them the tools and resources to conquer their fitness goals.
