I am an Indian based Homeopathic Doctor. I have an inclination for all the different natural ways of treating health conditions. I have been fortunate enough to have started learning Homeopathy years ago from my father, even before I attained a formal degree in Homeopathy, as my father had been a hobbyist homeopath. I, therefore, never needed to visit any doctor during my childhood days at least. This propelled me to take up Homeopathy as my career.
Ever since the 3rd year of my Graduation, I have never missed a chance to attend Homeopathic seminars and workshops, happening within my city and nearby, held by very experienced and successful Homeopaths.
I completed my formal degree (BHMS) in 2009 from Homeopathic College & Hospital, Chandigarh, India. I have been practicing for the past 11 years. I was fortunate enough to have got an opportunity to learn from Late Dr. J.B.D. Castro, pioneer of Homeopathy in Punjab, India. I gained a lot of clinical experience assisting him, as an intern and a fresh graduate for a good 1.5 years. Another milestone in my professional life was, working as an Assistant Doctor at, DrHomeo, for close to 3 years. I was handling majorly the International patients from 30+ different countries and got to learn the online/distant mode of practicing Homeopathy. I started my private practice in 2017.
My curiosity to learn beyond the medical books prescribed in Medical School propelled me to voraciously read books on Classical Homeopathy not only by the Old Pioneers of Homeopathy but also the present-day Homeopaths like Dr. George Vithoulkas from Greece, Dr. Rajan Sankaran, Dr. Praful Vijayakar and Dr. Praful Borkar from India, to name a few. And the process of learning is still on.
I am indebted to all of them and so many others whom I could not mention here for helping me walk, stand & eventually run onto this path of practicing Homeopathy.
Besides my clinical practice, I spend my time cooking, baking, doing yoga, meditation, and spending time with my family and my lovely 4-year-old daughter.
I gained interest in spirituality 11 years back when I first experienced the Sudarshan Kriya, offered by Art Of Living. Ever since I have been associated with this NGO and it's service activities as it adds meaning to my existence.
