How it works

Nasya Karma is one of the five Panchakarma therapies in Ayurveda. It differs as far as delivery of medicine and herbal oil is administered via nostrils of nose. Quite a few clinical studies have done to show the effectiveness of this type of therapy for migraine, sinus and other medical conditions related to the head area. Ayurveda recommends lubrication of nasal passage and ear canals to stay healthy in colder months.

Medication that are administered via the nostrils percolate to the nervous system and venous system near the nose and helps to clear blockage around the channel. It is recommended that Nasya be performed on regular basis to improve the ear, eye and nose health.It also helps to protect the conditions that affect the head.
